Steve claims that the plaster guys will be able to do it.
I remind Steve that I suggested from the start that they bust open the wall/ceiling out in the hallway before ripping up my place. And guess where they're working now!!?
(To be fair, Steve now announces that they needed to go in from both sides, as it happens.)
