And besides, it's 5:48 on a Saturday morning. Hmph! The nerve of some arachnids!
But it was a very effective way of getting me out of bed. And halfway across the room. And to scrub my arm with bleach. (Just kidding about that last one.)
Might I just add, the spider in the ceiling corner near the head of my bed is still there. And much less shriek-inducing in the looks department. The one pictured here is an entirely different fellow.
