This machine is in the parking lot across from the Acme Comedy Company, and is funny in an entirely different way from what goes on at that fine establishment.
Besides the notable absence of any green buttons, on this night it also did not accept bills, as it indicated it should.
Also, Ben astutely theorizes that it's a pan-North-American machine, what with it claiming to take $2 coins....
