Pam and Brain and I had several conversations about the making of marshmallows, so we got together and made some. Brain played expert and taught us most all of what he knew, and we made three varieties: beet and hazelnut, balsamic vinegar, and espresso. Before you freak, the flavors were mild and delicious. In fact, with the latter two we wondered if the flavors were too mild.
The one photo we all wish we had would have featured all three of us helping to pull slightly over-somethinged mallow-material out of the mixer bowl to press into the pan -- our hands were covered with stringy stretchy sugary treatness. Picture us as unlucky opponents of Spiderman. There you go, that's it. See picture five for what was left in the bowl after we gave up on getting any more out.
